Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, refund or store credit.
You must contact Bohemian Inspire at within the 14 days and supply a photo of the faulty item, you will then be sent a form to fill out to send back with your return
Only Faulty items will be illegible for a store credit, (exchange if we still have stock of that item) or refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

A worn item with makeup stains or garment damage due to not following the care instructions will is NOT be deemed a fault.

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable, you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is deemed faulty then we will cover return shipping charges.

To complete your return, we require your order number as proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once our team has inspected the garment. It will then be returned via your original method of payment. Then you will receive an email on how to use your store credit or if we have another garment in the same size it will automatically be sent out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only full priced items will be considered for a refund, sale items WILL NOT be exchanged or refunded so make sure you choose carefully.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should ALWAYS use a traceable shipping service Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Change of Mind 
Under no circumstances do we have to offer you any form of refund if you change your mind OR order the incorrect size. All sizes are clearly written out next to each item and we have supplied instructions on how to measure so you know it is going to fit. (see

If we decide in your favor and accept a return, then once the item has been shipped back to us for inspection and as above it must be returned in its original unworn condition with tags still attached. A restocking fee will apply at 20% of the purchase price less the shipping costs. A store credit for the remaining less shipping will ONLY be given.

If an item is paid for and then cancelled you will be charged a Return/Cancellation fee of 15% of final cost.
